INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN A HEALTH DIVISION: Analysis of the Relationship Between the Implantation Success Factors and the Acceptance and Use Level

Information systems are relevant tools for managing the information needed for the planning and decision-making processes of organizations. But in its implementation, there may be critical factors that will influence its success. Given this configuration, this study aims to analyze the relationship between the degree of acceptance and use of the information system of the Health and Welfare Division of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio Grande do Norte with the critical success factors adopted in the process implementation of the system in question. It is a qualitative research, of the case study type. In the collect of data will be applied semi-structured interviews with the users of the system and with the information technology team that developed the system, as well as participant observation. Data analysis will be based on the Bardin content analysis. From the results found it is hoped to foment strategies that can help to potentiate the success of the system.
