Abstract: This study the circular dance, hands together, evolved bodies in the same object and intentions: to dance, to move the body, to see the other by the senses that root through the body. Men, women, youngs, elders that gather through the dance and the joy that emerge from an equality welcome that comes from diversity. Blind people, death people, handicapped people, extrovert people, native people and foreigners, it does not matter. Without hiding, their differences are revealed, expressing themselves, learning and teaching, though art elevating their human condition. Within the inexplicable desire to dance, underlies other projects, made of overcoming large steps and of presence in the word. This study shows the importance for people, within their diversity, of the dance and the wheel, since within the wheel the diference does not lets us down. It´s the contrary. This study intends to investigate the way circular dance supports the affirmation of those blind and visually handicapped within the context in which are immersed, and doing so, learning how to deal with intense movement of relations, consciousness, appropriation and communion with the world. It has its theoretical base on Paulo Freire and Maurice Merleau-Ponty, that give the necessary support to understanding, as much as possible, of the study object herein pointed. Until here, the result of research shows it is the prejudiced vision of others limits the movement of the people who are recognized diferrent. The development of the research elected “research-action” as its method developed at the Instituto de Educação e Reabilitação de Cegos de Natal, from April 19th to June 16th of 2010.
