Cycle of improvement applied to the process of welcoming spontaneous demand in a Basic Health Unit

It is a quantitative study, with near-experimental metod, type before and after, without control group. Developed through the application of an internal cycle of quality improvement. The objective of this study is to improve the reception of spontaneous demand in the Boa Vista basic health unit, located in the urban area of the municipality of Guarabira/PB. It is hoped that the results of this study may contribute to guide professionals on issues related to the work process, through the identification of difficulties and potentialities, and thus improve the quality of the reception to the spontaneous demand in the basic health unit studied.
