RESUMO:

The objective of the present project is to analyze the perception of the professionals of the Family Health teams (Faria et al., 2009) of the municipality of Santa Cruz-RN about the elements of their work process. This is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research, with 12 participants. The research will cover two teams, one active in the rural area and the other in the urban area, aiming to cover professionals who work in diverse scenarios, considering the possible existence of distinct socioeconomic realities, different challenges experienced by professionals and diverse care practices.
