RESUMO:

The Rapid technological developments have had a major impact on the teaching-learning in the classroom, contributing to the implementation of various forms of education, supported by a diversified set of resources that favors the use of electronic media, through information and communication technologies (ICTs). Looking for alternatives that provide a more pleasant teaching for all agents in the classroom, teachers and students, in relation to the study on the Periodic Table, we come to the understanding that the use of digital games, with education propose, may be the key to enhancing the quality of results because, through of the resources offered by games, learning acquires a playful bias, which may make the teaching-learning process more dynamic and enjoyable. Therefore, the aim of this studying is discuss the importance of ICTs and contributing to the improvement of the Chemistry, for the Periodic Table content, this work sought the use of methodological strategies through digital educational games that encourage the students involved in the research. This study was developed in a public school of Santa Rita-PB city, for two sophomore classes in High School. The methodology consisted of a sequence of activities through regular classes, use of electronic educational media on cell phones/computers and questionnaires containing open and closed questions, applied to the topic. The use of digital educational resources, used as a pedagogical proposal in this work, must break with the traditional teaching methodology, aiming the construction of the participants' knowledge in an interactive way, as well as to promote the development of skills and reasoning in students. The ICTs used in this work allowed for motivating, dynamic and pleasurable classes for the students, which obtained significant learning gains and time efficiency for problem solving in the Periodic Table. As a result of this research and application of the theme in the classroom, a didactic-pedagogical booklet was developed as an educational product, aimed at high school chemistry teachers.
