RESUMO:

Society throughout its history needed to fill its informational gaps in order to understand the environments they live in, solve their problems, and create products and services, although during this part of the trajectory they have not seen this phenomenon from that perspective. However, aware of this lack, it began to demand, increasingly, information in the different sources and informational environments. Concomitantly, this society is
demanding an increasingly efficient, effective and effective Public Administration, and the greater visibility and ease of access to knowledge have become important allies of the State in the process of improving its services. Given this scenario, it is imperative to develop studies that promote the approximation between people and organizations, which need information, and explicit and living knowledge. In this sense, this research has as
main objective to investigate possible solutions that provide greater visibility and access to the knowledge developed and included in the academic productions of the School of the Assembly, specifically of the works of conclusion of post-graduation course lato sensu, seeking the dissemination of this knowledge existing, but unknown and / or inaccessible. To achieve the proposed purpose, qualitative research will use bibliographic
research, documentary research and case study as research methods. The bibliographic research, the documentary research, the questionnaire and the interview were also defined as instruments of data collection. Data analysis will be performed through content analysis. As a product of this research, it is intended to present solutions - analog and digital - that can be implemented by the School of the Assembly. Following the ethical
principles, the research will be submitted to the Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte.
