COVID-19, with its high transmissibility, brought new challenges to health institutions. It required the redefinition of care flows and the creation of new protocols to offer safe and quality care. For the research, the descriptors "Coronavirus Infections", "Coronavirus Infections", "Patient Safety", "Patient Safety", "Patient Care Planning", "Patient Care Planning", "Pandemics", "Pandemia" were selected ” and the keyword “COVID-19”. The calculation of the Kappa index will precede the description of the results phase to identify the agreement between the evaluators.
