RESUMO:

The National Blood, Components and Blood Products Policy was instituted to ensure that Brazil was self-sufficient in the hemotherapy sector, being implemented and implemented by the National Blood, Components and Derivatives System. The hemorrede was designed to assist the population in all regions, providing blood and blood components within the technical specifications of ANVISA, according to the National Blood Policy recommended by the Ministry of Health. In the hemotherapeutic activity, the perception of clients is of great importance. and users of transfusion safety parameters. This requirement is considered indispensable because its absence compromises the user's quality of life and exposes customers to risks. Continuous process improvement is a fundamental goal in any quality system. This study is justified given the importance of implementing an improvement cycle as a quality management strategy in order to ensure safety in the blood cycle processes. This research becomes relevant due to the fact that its resulting products will result in quality improvement, impacting the monitoring, planning and continuous management of processes, contributing to decision making and professional improvement. Quality should be sought both in production processes, where the final product with the appropriate characteristic is the objective, as well as in providing services to customers / users. This study aims to carry out an educational intervention with the collaborators of the Regional Blood Center in a capital of the Northeast of Brazil about the use of the indicator system (INDCAH) as a tool for the management of the Quality Management System. qualitative and descriptive to be conducted at HEMOCE with sample forecasting of 45 employees employed in the study institution from November 2019 to April 2020. For data collection, semi-structured interviews and focus group will be used. The information will be analyzed according to the content analysis and, in the final analysis, the data will be confronted with the tool used to do the SWOT matrix scenario analysis. This study will follow the ethical principles of research involving human beings, according to Resolution 466/12 of the National Health Council (CNS).
