SUMMARY:

The occurrence of sexual violence against children, adolescents and women in Brazil has increased significantly in recent years, giving rise to the development of public policies aimed at this population segment. Violence causes a series of injuries to the victims' health and it is important to have trained professionals to deal with the challenges, especially in the spaces inserted in the Unified Health System (SUS). There is an urgent need to acquire technical knowledge, but also to develop skills and attitudes that enable more qualitative care for people in situations of sexual violence. It is noteworthy that the practice of this care can be more effective when performed in teams that integrate different knowledge and their skills for the same purpose. Thus, the objective of this work is to build a matrix of common skills for interprofessional practice in caring for people in situations of sexual violence. It adopts as a methodological path the action research where the researcher actively participates in the constitutive process, in the identification and description of the common competences that the professionals involved in the care must have. To achieve the objectives, data was collected through a forum and an electronic form was sent to professionals with expertise in the subject. The matrix will be a contribution to support the performance in scenarios of professional performance and learning in the services of assistance to people in situations of sexual violence in several regions of Rio Grande do Norte.
