SUMMARY:

Intervention projects are frequently utilized as methodological resource for senior thesis in the health realm, whether graduation or in post graduation. The intervention projects pursuit to manage a combined of purposes that search resolve and/or minimize a problematic observed for students in the territory that are the pract realm. in the perspective of carry the students to live the daily routine of the Basic Health Units (BHU), Collective Health Internship (CHI) of medicine course in UFRN offer this experience in search of contemplate a integration of teaching-service-community too. The follow-up of the students of CHI are responsibility of the perceptors that are the health professionals of the Family Health Strategy Team of BHU of the municipality. for the finalization of every circle is required a presentation of a intervention project that is originally of a local health problematic observed for the students. the present research analyzed a perception of the actors involved in the CHI/UFRN as the importance of the implementation of the intervention projects in the municipality of São Gonçalo do Amarante/RN. Come to an analytical study of qualitative approach utilizing a case study. The data were collected through a semi-structured questionnaire, having as participants 10 health professionals ( 06 nurses, 02 dental surgeon, 02 doctors), students perceptions and 02 Municipal Health Secretary techniques (01 speech therapist and 01 nutritionist) professionals of the gestor team responsible for the CHI organization in the municipality. Th  data obtained were submetedto an analyze pf content of Bardin. The analysis of the content enabled the aggregation of results in four theme categories: fragility, potentiality, preceptor role/ gestor team and the effectivity of the intervention projects. The perception of the actors involved in the Collective Health Internship of the Medicine Course of UFRN as the importance of the intervention project implementation in the municipality of São Gonçalo do Amarante-RN, pass mostly by for the understanding that would be necessary a bigger orientation through the training process for them to understand the nuance and the peculiarity of many factors that involve the to do, what to and to whom do the intervention projects. As well as they can understand the benefits that can be reached by infer in a local problematic resulting or minimizing it. in order to attend this necessities it was suggested as a pedagogical formation course for preceptors of Health Primary Attention. Through the exposed, is expected that this research can contribute to raise more discussion about the implementation of the intervention project considering the interaction of teaching-service-community.
