SUMMARY:

Introduction: The multiprofessional residency programs - RMS in health aim to qualify professionals to work in the Unified Health System. The RMS have practical and theoretical-practical activities with performance of the preceptor, a professional with expertise, able to guide students through the preceptorship, pedagogical practice in the workplace, performed by care professionals, teachers or not. Evaluation is a relevant step in the quality of educational processes. Considered as the most important factor in motivating student behavior. Using different methods can contribute to a better assessment of student performance in actual clinical practice. The assessment developed with instruments such as the Mini-CEx involves direct observation of the student's clinical performance and providing the fundamental stage of formative assessment, feedback. Objectives: To systematize an evaluation methodology in multiprofessional residency in health based on the 360 degree evaluation strategy with feedback. Methodologies: An action research study with a descriptive approach involving 27 preceptors of the HUOL / UFRN Multiprofessional Health Residency. Performed in two stages: first aimed at training professionals involved in teaching at the multiprofessional residence for resident performance evaluation and the second the application of clinical performance evaluations with Mini-CEx, both composing a pedagogical development course for preceptorship. at RMS. The study was approved by the research ethics committee of the institution Opinion No. 3,084,892 / 2018. Results: We analyzed the participants' perceptions regarding the knowledge, use and mastery of the evaluation strategies, difficulties in the evaluation process, the frequency and comfort when applying the minute preceptorship micro skills to the teaching. Performance ratings, such as 3600 ratings, are unknown by 23 (85%). The most widely used micro-ability was to give specific feedback on what the student does well. The most uncomfortable explain the student's mistakes about the case. Performance evaluation of multiprofessional residents using the Mini-CEx was performed more often by physiotherapists and nurses. The instrument contributed to the implementation of structured feedback in approximately all cases, reporting the weaknesses identified in seven out of ten evaluations. Achieving a satisfaction level of eight on a nine-point Likert scale for both the appraiser and the appraised resident. Conclusion: The creation of an evaluation system of clinical performance by educators, providing structured and contemplative feedback on the evaluative needs of the actors of this process was possible and proves to be viable to be included in this teaching modality.
