RESUMO:

Intervention projects are often used as a methodological resource for coursework in domain of health, however in graduation or post-graduation. These Intervention Projects intend to manage proposals combined that seek to resolve and/or minimize problematics that were observed by the students in the territories that are the training scenery. In the perspective of taking the students to experience “in loco” the territories, the Boarding School in Collective Health (BSCH) of the Medicine course from UFRN provide this experience for also contemplate the teaching-service-community integration.  In seven weeks into the Basics Unit of Health, the students have as activities exercise in supervision at practice, of preceptor, competences, abilities and acquired values during the medic course, performing activities focusing in promote the individual and collective welfare in the range of collective health.  Also is in the Boarding School, contextualize the prevention of disease more frequently and consider the appropriate and compactible resolutions with the reality of the loco-regional.  The supervision and evaluation of this process it is by the responsibility of the preceptor that are the health professionals of higher education of the BUH from the community. To finalize this circle, it is needed to present an intervention project from the problematic health place.  With a conclusion of this activity it is recommended that the local team continues the intervention projects managed. Therefore, the present research has the objective analyze the perception of the actors involved in the preceptory of BSHC/UFRN as for the importance of the intervention projects implementation on the city of São Gonçalo do Amarante/RN. It was worked in the perspective of an analytical study of qualitative approach making use of case study. For the data collect were apply a questionnaire semi-structured for participants of three segments: service, instance manage and teach.  The obtained data were submitted for an analysis of Bardin’s content to do a categorization and utilization of the software IRAMUTEQ. As preliminaries results are introduced here the sociodemographic characterization of the study’s participates; the intervention projects realized in the city of São Gonçalo do Amarante; evaluation as it happened in the selection of the intervention project themes specifying their conclusion; it was also identified as fragilities and potentialities of the managed project. Lastly, understanding the necessities of make viable a more effective work in which the intervention projects in the city can bring benefits for the manage, health unit and consequently for the community, viewed that these projects emerge from local problematics, propose that as product of this work an introductory course in preceptory for the professionals involved with the preceptory before they initiate the monitory of the work in BSCH. Ahead of this, waits that the results reached in this research can contribute to the refinement of the preceptors practice emphasizing the necessity of implementations of the intervention projects idealized and consequently, in the quality of the health services offered for the population watched in the Health Unique System.
