RESUMO:

Introduction: The multiprofessional residency programs - RMS in health aim to train professionals to work in the Unified Health System. The RMS have practical and theoretical-practical activities with the preceptor, a professional with expertise, able to guide students through the preceptor. Pedagogical practice in the work environment, carried out by care professionals, teachers or not. Evaluation is an important stage in the quality of educational processes. Considered as the most important factor to motivate student behavior. The use of different methods can contribute to a better evaluation of the student's performance in the actual clinical practices. The 360º evaluation with feedback is a strategy developed with instruments such as Mini-CEx, since it involves a direct observation of the clinical performance of the student and allows the fundamental stage of formative evaluation, feedback. Objectives: This study aims to elaborate an evaluation system based on the 3600 evaluation strategy with feedback in the RMS. Methodologies: The work has a qualitative-quantitative, descriptive approach, with a prospective longitudinal follow-up. It was carried out in two phases: first, the development of the educators of MSY programs in a course held at HUOL / UFRN, composed of active teaching-learning methods with activities in small groups, reflection on evaluative problems in preceptory. With the objectives of reflecting on the evaluation in the context of health residences, present the Mini-CEx and build the expected performances for each domain, train the educators to evaluate performance and update concepts about feedback in the training of the resident. Second phase: Participants are conducting assessments of residents' clinical performances, following the consensus stage on the Mini-CEx domains. The study was approved by the research ethics committee of the institution Opinion No. 3,084,892 / 2018. Results: Participants reported difficulty in reconciling assistance with preceptory and in evaluating performance, lack of objective instrument. Participants are not aware of or know of, but do not use instruments such as DOPS - Direct Observation of Procedural Skills 88% (N = 15) and 360º Assessment, 100% (N = 17). 59% (N = 10) use the micro-ability to identify and correct the weaknesses of knowledge most of the time.71% (N = 12) give a specific feedback on what students do well. 88% (N = 15), feel comfortable in directing their teaching to overcome a fragility of identified knowledge. 35% (N = 06) feel very comfortable giving specific feedback about what the resident did well. The evaluative criteria of each Mini-CEx domain were collectively constructed, considering the performance expected for residents of the first and second year. Conclusion: We conducted a pedagogical development course to evaluate performance and feedback. Collaborating in the construction of the understanding and improvement of the evaluation in the RMS, defining the competences expected for the domains of the Mini-CEx in the multiprofessional residence, for each profession participating in the course.
