RESUMO:

Interprofessional education (IPE) has been gaining increasing space within the training of health professionals around the world by addressing in a more integrated way the teaching of these professionals, aiming at a synergic performance according to the needs of the patients and the general conditions of health of the population, promoting better results, better use of resources, facilitating communication among all professionals directly and indirectly involved in the provision of health care, thus promoting a better quality of health care. Therefore, it is necessary to implement this practice as soon as possible, as well as to do it in the best way, in order to train professionals with skills and capacities aimed at the interprofessional work and the development of the collaborative practices that effect the interprofessional work. Based on this assumption, this research aims to develop teaching-learning strategy focused on education and interprofessional work from the insertion of professionals inserted in medical and multiprofessional health residency programs in interprofessional prenatal consultation during a period of two months during the first year of medical and multiprofessional residency at the Ana Bezerra University Hospital (HUAB) of EBSERH / UFRN in Santa Cruz-RN. The research presents a qualitative approach due to the objective and nature of the analyzes, through the research design with constant interaction between the researcher and the participants, this qualitative research shows itself as an observational case study. The research will have two phases, in the first phase will be high-risk prenatal consultations with the resident group formed, a total of 4 appointments per shift and one shift per week for 03 weeks and the second phase will be composed of a focus group. The first phase will be an exploratory moment with the experience of prenatal consultations, during which discussions will take place on the proposed theme with the aim of promoting and providing the theoretical basis for the development of the collaborative practices to be researched. The second phase, the immersion phase, will be done through a focus group to be carried out by the supervisor of this research, Prof. Dr. Marcelo Viana, helping to capture meanings, processes of change, reflections and interpretations, evaluating the self-perception of these professionals about the development of interprofessional learning domains. The analysis of the data obtained both in the initial interview and in the final focus group will be done through Bardin's Categorical Analysis. It is hoped that the experience in interprofessional education contributes to the changes in the professional formation in health, giving the residents the necessary experiences to make them part of the collaborative health workforce prepared for the most integral and resolutive practice. The entire study will be carried out based on the principles of ethics and bioethics, established by CNS Resolution 466/12.
