SUMMARY:

Project management is an important means to help professionals in the civil construction area in
the planning of their activities and, thus, succeed in their undertakings. A management that can
contribute to the management of projects, including the risk areas, because it is the management
of processes through its methodology of application tools that can cause impacts with brevity.
However, this is a branch of management still little publicized in the area of national civil
construction, mainly due to lack of knowledge. Essentially to disseminate the relationship and
the long use of knowledge of the management of the object of study of a vertical housing
architecture and of the techniques and tools of management of its projectual project.
