SUMMARY:

This Professional Master's Conclusion Work, also constituted in a report technical, consists of a technical project of architectural proposal of a building for use residential with emphasis on modular housing and concrete prefabrication. In the exercise of civil construction, prefabrication is a theme that, associated in architectural practice, can promote the rationalization of construction combined with the environmental comfort of users, in order to enhance the use of prefabricated panels for residential use. In this way, this work aims to design a modular housing with system of prefabricated panels of concrete in search of the improvement of the manufacture of housing, with emphasis on the ideal model for the terrain under study in this proposed master's degree, seeking to mitigate the high incidence of generation of Construction and Demolition Waste (RCD), which is mostly poorly managed and harms the environment, in addition to the high execution time, waste of materials and common mistakes in civil construction that make use of the building system in ceramic blocks. To develop the project, a theoretical and conceptual study was carried out on the subject, through bibliographic research and studies of related design references. Then, the architectural programming was developed, with definition of dilemmas and goals from the project. From this base, and with the help of the curricular components of the course, the The design process was gradually being developed and mapped, through several ways of registration, from the initial stages of conditioning studies, design and development of the architectural party.  Considering the specific objectives, improve knowledge about modular housing and prefabricated concrete building systems, creating new prefabricated panels in addition to those available for the model house of the company Brasil Chemical and Industrial Mining (BQMIL), in addition to seeking architectural strategies for adapt to the design constraints and the constructive system's prerogatives to parameters of environmental comfort The results achieved for this dissertation were the architectural design of a single-family dwelling in a closed condominium, in order to meet the design constraints obtained through studies and simulations, where the panels were juxtaposed in the available modulations and other panels were created until the conception final design.
