This professional master qualification work consists of a project for the architectural requalification of Shopping Midway Mall with emphasis on environmental comfort. This document consists of a technical report and an architectural project. It was developed with the objective of studying the architecture of shopping malls, as well as the environmental comfort with low energy consumption of these buildings. To develop the architectural proposal, a theoretical and conceptual deepening of the theme was initially carried out through bibliographical research and studies of project references. Next, the architectural programming was developed, defining the dilemmas and goals of the project. From this base, and with the help of the course disciplines, the project process was gradually developed and mapped, through various forms of recording in analog and digital media, from the early stages of conditioning studies, party design and development. architectural. In accordance with its specific objectives, the work sought to deepen studies on the requalification, intervention and expansion of buildings with a view to improving the conditions of environmental comfort, applying the principles of bioclimatic architecture, knowing the particularities and prerequisites for the acquisition. National Energy Conservation Label (ENCE). As a result of the studies carried out, a proposal was reached to upgrade the mall from an extension to the G6 parking pavement, where a reorganization of pre-existing uses was proposed, as well as the insertion of new uses in an environment that uses bioclimatic strategies for the environmental comfort of its users.
