RESUMO:

This work reports the design process of a residential dwelling located in Pipa Beach, in the city of Tibau do Sul / RN, with emphasis on the modulation and flexibility of the environments, in order to adapt to different domestic groups in different phases of their lives. It is a house that has possibilities to remodel, grow, evolve, adjust according to the desires and needs of their homes; coming and going, like the waves of the sea, that infinitely come and go; at every moment with a new format, with a new intensity and with a new purpose, as well as the life of each person and how should be the housing that have the purpose of rationalization, adaptability and sustainability. The process consisted of a literature review and studies of project references. The development of the proposal was based on laws, rules, simulations and criteria that ensure well-being and comfort from the best use of natural lighting and ventilation, and an architectural programming based on domestic groups. The main objective was to create a housing model that suited each of these groups and that could answer each need presented by the evolution of their lifes; the product then generated seven formats that evolve from a standard core model, which is common to all of them.
