The following paper that fits in the subject of the corporate architecture has as final objective the development of an architecture project of a Contac Center focusing on the ambience, comfort and ergonomics of your workers. From the problematic that explains the harmfulness this activity, we seek concepts and new ways of creating spaces oriented towards well-being and productivity. Corroborated by research and bibliographies in the area, the work details the concept of ambience and its compositional items to be applied in the architectural proposal. Then, a reflection is made on the respect for environmental comfort and ergonomics in office environments, presenting its main characteristics and its impact on productivity. Finishing the content of theoretical reference, a critical analysis of the Brazilian legislation regarding the regulation of ergonomics, ‘Norma Reguladora 17’ and its annexes, concluding that it contains some positive points, but also serious failings that merit revision. Continuing, architectural and interior design references contributed to the development of the final proposal. Finally, it details the development process of the architectural project, starting from the analysis of the site of deployment from the point of view of comfort and urban legislation, following for the creation of the concept, architectural party, programming, construction systems and preliminary studies, up to the presentation of the final proposal, which added the concepts of ambience, comfort and ergonomics both in the architectural design of the building and in the interior design of the contact service pavilion. Finally, it is concluded that, in addition to the efforts at architecture in the design of spaces suitable for work centered on the users, a change in the law and culture of production is also needed, taking into account examples of companies that promote the well-being of their team and achieve better results in performance and productivity around the world.
