RESUMO:

The main objective of this work is to analyze the construction of the character narrator and consequently of the contemporary narrative in the novel, corpus of this work, named Acenos e afagos (2008) by the writer portalegrense João Gilberto Noll. This work will be concepted through the schizoanalysis proposed by Deleuze and Guattari (2014) and theoretical references on which it is based, such as the concepts of the body without organs by Artaud - filtered by the studies by Deleuze and Guattari (2014/2015), deterritorialization,  “devir” and rhizome – studies of the same pair of philosophers (2014/2015/2017), the Deleuzians concepts of compossibilities, fold, unfold and redouble (2015), as well as the concept of the (neo) baroque of Severo Sarduy (2010) and the baroque drama by Benjamim (1984). After this first chapter that presents a theoretical presentation , showdowning its concepts that help to study the modern and postmodern narrative, this study will present a second chapter in which is made a small sample of other works from other authors, namely: Cobra (1975) and Colibri (1984) by Severo Sarduy, Nossa senhora das flores (1983) by Jean Genet and Orlando (1986) by Virginia Woolf, whose narrators characters, characters and narratives in transit, are already within a perspective rhizomatic, and so to speak baroque. Then, in the third chapter, a tour will be made on other works by Noll, analyzing aspects of the narrative composition and the nollian characters, namely: O cego e a dançarina (2008), A fúria do corpo (2008), Hotel Atrlântico (1990), Lorde (2004) and A céu aberto (2008). Here, the study focuses on the identitarian transit of the characters narrators and / or characters of such works. The fourth chapter is devoted to the exclusive analysis regarding the transitoriness of the identities of the character narrator of the work Acenos e afagos (2008), taking as a starting point the concepts mentioned above. This work has as secondary objective to develop analytical tools for the narratives of modernity and postmodernity that carry in their structures new forms of "organization" and conception, built within a process of flux, instability, ruptures, intensities, transitorities, baroque .
