Anchored in the methodological approach of Discourse Textual Analysis (ADAM, 2011), the investigation understands emotions as a constituent element of the point of view (PDV), inserted in a triad Utterance Responsibility - Discursive Representation - Argumentative Guidance. In this way, it aims to identify, to describe, to analyze and to interpret the construction of emotions in 7 (seven) introductory libellus for declaration of nullity of marriage. For that, the research revisits concepts of argumentation, from Classical Rhetoric until Adam (2011), in order to describe the trajectory of affections in argumentation and to locate the chosen approach. It is a descriptive and documentary social research, with qualitative approach, interpretative paradigm and inductive method. The analysis is ongoing.
