RESUMO:

We intend this work to establish a discussion that brings into play the critic and literary do Silviano Santiago from fictions O Banquete (1977), De cócoras (1992) and Uma história de família (1999), to investigate the powers of literature as the behaviors and practices of language that are linked to the semiotic perceptions of the French philosopher Roland Barthes, in relation to the supplementary dimensions of culture and human civilization reversed in the kitchen of meaning (BARTHES, 2001): the realization of a making of signs from the prospect of a cook whose inventiveness achieves a singular production of meaning, involving the search for resignification of multiple affections, resistance, beliefs, prohibitions or taboos, death and life, violations of human meanings in permanent transformation. Not only that: promotes the deconstruction of anthropocentrism, causing us the disconcerting feeling of the animalséance (DERRIDA, 2002). In this regard, it raises the passage of the human to the animal not only in the food chain, but also in the preparation of connotative food and its symbolic reasons. This constant reworking, pulsating in Silviano Santiago texts, disassemble the process by which a sign impregnates of a canonical sense, breaking with the established and promoting openness to the uniqueness. This opens fissures and breaks with the castrating structures of thought, standing outside the interpretive tradition of sublime spaces, constituting a counterdiscourse capable of causing unexpected and unsuspected becomings. In confluence with this unusual Barthes perspective and critical writing of the brazilian author, we bring the philosophical concepts of Deleuze about perception (2007) and the proposition of Deleuze and Guattari in the constitution of the body without organ and becomings (1996; 1997). In addition to these contributions, we will regard with the productions of Silviano Santiago, ensuring the heterogeneous space of his writings. The writer-critic also allows us the use of his poetic and understanding of its literature with essayistic pulsations. Considering the similarities between knowledge as literature, aesthetics and philosophy, the fiction of this enters the kitchen of meaning, manifesting a deconstructive discourse that pierces the fascism of language (BARTHES, 1987), unattaching places, making break boundaries and establishing unincorporated expressions (not experienced, or yet to come), from which emerges the new.
