SUMMARY:

This project aims to develop the strategic map of the pedagogical sector of the Dean of Student Affairs at the Federal University of Cariri, using the Balanced Scorecard tool. To do so, it has the following specific objectives: To draw strategic goals and indicators for the pedagogical support; to build the strategic map of the pedagogical support and validation of the BSC for the development process of the strategic planning of the pedagogical support. For this, the documents of the sector will be analyzed, as well as the management reports of the Dean's Office, and the information survey of the administrative unit, such as the process map. This analysis will subsidize the preparation of the initial diagnosis of this research, presenting relevant aspects of the pedagogical sector that will highlight the need for intervention. For the elaboration of the artifact, this study will use the Design Science Research methodology. As for the data collection instruments, this research will be based on a structured questionnaire and a focus group.
