SUMMARY:

Due to the high cost of outsourcing, is it opportune to verify if the management and control mechanisms of contracts for the provision of outsourced services with exclusive labor currently applied by UFCA are efficient and protect the entire investment? The research entitled "Inspection and Management of Administrative Contracts: an analysis in the context of outsourced labor services at UFCA" aims to understand the dynamics of the management and inspection processes of outsourced services at the Federal University of Cariri - UFCA, analyzing the performance of these activities. The reason for carrying out the study is the high cost that UFCA employs in contracting via outsourcing, the possibility of identifying factors that can increase the use of management and inspection processes. The proposal intends to carry out documentary and data surveys, carry out the analysis to diagnose the activities of inspectors and managers of outsourcing contracts.
