SUMMARY:

The implementation of electronic processes enables new ways of thinking about the management of activities by public organizations. New possibilities of procedural flow that consider the distribution and execution of activities among the IFRN servers, regardless of the geographic location and the server's campus, can be made possible by seeking the efficiency and effectiveness of the institution's processes. With this vision in mind, this intervention project aims to prepare a manual that demonstrates the execution of the activities of commitment, liquidation and payment, so that the demands are seen in a shared and collaborative way between the servers in the responsible area of the campuses Parelhas and Lajes of IFRN. Therefore, it is intended to use bibliographic research, documental and action research. The preparation of the manual will be based on three stages. The first, expected to carry out the modeling of the procedural flow of these activities, adopting the notation Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), along with the creation of a provisional manual, using the analysis of electronic processes, between the years 2018 to 2021, and the content analysis to extract the perceptions and suggestions of the focus group. In a second moment, activities will be simulated based on the provisional manual. The third moment will focus on a meeting with participants who will simulate the activities, seeking to gather possible suggestions for improvement for the manual, which will be considered to obtain the final product of this project. Thus, it is expected that the results of this work generate reflection and contribution to the entire IFRN, considering that the integration of the servants' efforts in the execution of demands in a shared and collaborative way can contribute to the segregation of  activities among the area's servers, streamline the processing of processes in situations where the coordination has a reduced staff, in addition to promoting new studies aimed at standardizing routines, preparing internal manuals in the sector and modeling processes in organizations.
