RESUMO:

Greater levels of competence are required of individuals to be able to act in a context of constant changes in society. In order to improve the performance of the people and consequently of the organizations, formal learning actions are carried out, but little is possible to measure the return of these actions, especially in relation to behavior in the position, which translates into the impact of work training. Thus, this research aims to carry out an evaluation of the impact of on-the-job training. A case study will be carried out at the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform, with the use of a questionnaire for the collection of sociodemographic data, and two research instruments, one for amplitude impact assessment, composed of 12 indicators, and a scale to analyze training transfer support, with 22 items. Through statistical analysis, it is also possible to identify the level of relationship between training transfer support and the impact on the research organization.
