RESUMO:

This objective Intervention Project propose a quality management model services offered by the Exhibition of Science, Technology and Culture of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (CIENTEC / RN) including a reference tool for evaluation and application procedures. Therefore, it has the following objectives: to describe the current model quality management services of CIENTEC / RN; identify quality attributes most important services associated with this event from the perspective of their managerial staff; develop an instrument based on attributes validated for assessing the quality of services offered at the show; and develop a procedures manual for applying the model and reference tool for evaluation. This is an exploratory-descriptive research, applied nature with quantitative and qualitative approach. The proposal will adopt the Action Research as a research strategy that will enable the development of their goals and actions together with the subjects involved in the quality management of event services investigated, specifically the Dean of Extension (PROEX) and the Coordination of UFRN Extension Events.
