This research project aims to describe, by a case study, the concepts of three ideas that provide change, motivation, guidance and are the normative bases of a Public Educational Institution. Those ideas are part of a model that establishes what is up to change in an organization and what isn’t. Due to their differences in nature, those ideas require three different methodological approaches and tools. To identify the values, it’ll be used a quantitative approach; to identify de purpose of the organization, it’ll be used interview and, to identify the vision, it’ll be use a creative method based on projective tests – in this case, drawing. The findings of these technics e methods will be merged and interpreted as a whole.
