Immersive technologies have been increasingly inserted into the context of education by enable more interactive and revolutionary learning, being important for encourage increased collaboration between users of the virtual environment and increased creativity and motivation in carrying out their activities, functioning as a strategy especially when this audience is teenagers. In this context, such technologies offer an opportunity for the development of research that proposes strategies effective, longitudinal and self-sustainable health education actions. Thus, the present study focuses on the development of a digital tool using gamification and virtual reality aimed at teenagers that can be applied in school environment, aiming to prevent the adoption of risk behaviors by encouraging healthy food consumption and sleeping habits and regular physical activity. This is development research and applied in the form of technological production. O The study is organized into two sections, namely: Section I - development of reviews systematic: 1) scientific evidence relating to the use of extended reality associated with food consumption, sleep quality and physical activity of adolescents; 2) evidence scientific research regarding the use of gamification strategies associated with food consumption, sleep quality and physical activity in adolescents.3) scientific evidence regarding use Minecraft Education in health education interventions; Section II: describe the process development of the digital tool using virtual reality technologies and gamification strategies based on the results of the systematic reviews presented in this thesis. To write the three systematic reviews, records of the research protocols were made. systematic review in the International Prospective Register of Systematic database Reviews (CRD42022373833, CRD42022373876 and CRD42023467642) based on guidelines statement of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Protocols. As a result, three protocol articles have been developed to date (one published, one under review and one under development) and three systematic reviews in development. The development of the digital tool is happening in partnership with the Universidad Catolica San Antonio de Murcia, in Murcia, Spain, advancing through the stages construction of the decision tree with experts on the research topic so that teenagers have the opportunity to make healthy choices in the home kitchen, in the school canteen and in the market. The tool is ready for the Spanish public and will be The testing phase has begun so that the interface for Brazilians can then be developed. It is expected to finalize the digital tool that is being built and the systematic reviews that are under development, in addition to the original article on the creation of the digital tool, until the thesis defense.
