RESUMO:

The study aims to analyze how the Operational Support Center for Health Defense Offices and the Natal Public Health Defense Prosecutors can contribute to the strengthening of the Expanded Centers for Family Health and Basic Care (NASF-AB) of the municipality of Natal / RN. It is a qualitative research of the descriptive exploratory type that will use as a collection instrument semi-structured interviews applied to key informants, having as subjects of the research the professionals who are members of the team of the Office of Justice of Defense of Health of Natal, including the promoters and their holders; the professionals that integrate the Family Health Strategy teams of the municipality of Natal with the support of NASF-AB; and professionals who are part of the teams of the Expanded Nuclei of Family Health and Basic Care in Natal, with a total of 20 participants. In addition to semi-structured interviews, a documentary analysis will be conducted at the Natal Health Defense Attorneyships including Civil Inquiries (IC), Conduct Adjustment Terms (TAC), Recommendations, complaints received, etc., all related to NASF-AB in Christmas; as well as the analysis of the queries answered (doubts of the promotions) by CAOP Saúde and the reports of visits made by CAOP professionals about the NASF-AB teams.
