Personality can be studied from an evolutionary point of view and is defined as stable patterns over time of an individual's feelings, thoughts and behavior. The study of personality from its features is a more widely used approach and the most robust model for studying them is the Big Five. There is evidence that people who differ in the expression of each of the traits differ in their behaviors, including coping with adverse situations. In addition to being constantly exposed to stressful problems, we are currently experiencing a pandemic caused by SARS-COV-2, with impacts on the mental health of the population. The way to deal with and overcome adverse situations is a very important mechanism known as coping, and the use of different coping strategies and styles seems to be influenced by the expression of personality differences. In addition, these differences are also related to different relaxing practices that may vary in their effectiveness. Based on this, the general objective of this work is to investigate the relationship between coping with adverse hypotheses and the expression of personality traits. For this, an online questionnaire will be created, consisting of a sociodemographic questionnaire, the Inventory of the Big Five Personality Factors, the Toulousaine de Coping Scale and a questionnaire of relaxing practices.
