SUMMARY:

In the current context, data and information are configured as a key resource
and acquire more and more value in society, becoming a competitive differential
in the market. It becomes evident that in the so-called information society,
characterized as a type of society in which it bases its processes around the
intensive use and use of these resources, on the one hand, and on the other,
due to specific challenges that have accompanied them in making them
increasingly manageable and understandable. The present project proposes to
study the flow of information within the operational command of the Military Fire
Brigade of Rio Grande do Norte (CBMRN), in order to map the current context
and propose improvements to the flow of information. The general objective is
to develop a system that improves the flow of information within the Operational
Command of the Military Fire Brigade of Rio Grande do Norte, and from these
improvements, we seek to achieve the specific objectives of (A) Describe the
current flow of information on operational resources, used within the scope of
the Operational Command of the Military Fire Brigade of Rio Grande do Norte;
(B) Propose improvements in the information flow used within the Operational
Command of the Military Fire Department of Rio Grande do Norte. (C) Develop
an information management system within the scope of the Operational
Command of the Military Fire Department of Rio Grande From north. This is a
research carried out through a case study, with a descriptive and explanatory
purpose with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The data collection
instrument consists of an interview script, which is intended to be applied with 2
military personnel from the CBMRN (operations commander). It is still intended
to carry out a questionnaire with the Chief of the Operational Staff (EMOP) and
with all the commanders and of groups and subgroups linked to the operational
command of the institution. Finally, content analysis will be adopted as a data
analysis technique.
