SUMMARY:

The logic of the information society is characterized both by the development and use of tools capable of enhancing and intensifying human capacities to produce, consume and store information and by presenting new conditions for its processing through the continuous improvement of available technologies. In this direction, a context that is perceived as the locus of these constant transformations and adaptations is the organizational environment in relation to Information Management. The current scenario in which these organizations are inserted is increasingly demanding regarding the quality and handling of information, considering it as a fundamental element, conditioning to its existence. This is observed, above all, within Public Institutions, since they provide direct services to users and producers of information that are their internal and external audiences. In this type of organization, the efficient management of information flows is essential for decision-making processes, requiring continuous and effective monitoring of the information that is produced, made available and stored. That said, the present study aims to identify the cognitive, emotional and behavioral factors of the internal users of the UFRN Pro-Rectory of People Management web page, in light of the findability of the information. As for the methodology, this research is characterized in terms of nature as bibliographical, case study and qualitative approach. In relation to the objectives it is classified as exploratory. The method used is the monographic. Regarding data collection, it will use the documentary technique and questionnaire to be applied to internal users of the platform whose content will be interpreted based on the technique of simple statistical analysis and the literature covered throughout the work.
