SUMMARY:

This work aims to analyze the consequences of allegations of sexual harassment against female servants and students at UFRN. The university is considered an environment for the production of knowledge, which can also reproduce relationships of violence, thus seeking to understand how the UFRN deals with formal complaints of sexual harassment, describe the actions of the DCE in relation to the complaints and analyze the process of transformation of rumors into denunciations. For this, semi-structured interviews, online participant observation and the interpretive ethnographic method are used.
