SUMMARY:

The work seeks to analyze a network of relationships between women in favor of a movement: the search for female empowerment over her body at the time of delivery. The birth of a child is an important event in the life of any woman and each of them will live differently. This investigation aims to understand how women experience the experience of childbirth and why they started to disseminate images of normal and humanized childbirth on the internet. In order to analyze the circulation of these images, it was necessary to interpret the profiles created on instagram about normal and humanized childbirth. Thus, I seek to understand how these visual narratives can reveal fundamental aspects about the theme of humanized childbirth in Natal / RN
