This work is based on ethnographic research carried out at Batalha do Vinho, an event elaborated from the elements and context of hip-hop. The Wine Battle is held in the northern area of Natal / RN and appeared in mid-2012, about ten years after the dissemination of this practice by Brazilian cities of the most varied sizes. Precisely about the structuring process experienced by the event during the period of ethnography, I report how the agency was particularly developed by one of its organizers, and its use of “fictionalization”, contributed to the positive results achieved. Beginning with the Battle of Wine, I began to characterize the structuring of a cultural scene proper to the practice of dueling MCs. This structuring process involves the possibility of professional and economic insertion of the individuals around you. This opening, however, does not come about easily or completely. Urban violence, largely provided by the State and its agents, is always on the prowl, willing to undermine physically and psychologically young people and their projects for insertion into the consumer society through the practice of duels. Online social networks have placed themselves as partners in this structuring process. However, this assistance is not without risks. The machinic effects of the technologies involved, their ability to make time and space more flexible and to enhance human feelings and actions will prove to be a trap for these individuals. In large part, therefore, the aforementioned expectation of inclusion proves to be the product of an ideological construction. This construction, however, has not only apprehended young people who practice rhyme duels and hip-hop in general, but has installed itself in a large part of the country's intellectuality, democratic thinking and progressive political militancy since the 2000s. , since the beginning of the class reconciliation proposal. Finally, I try to show ways, or at least measures, possible to be adopted if a new era of power and its narrative are established in the political scenario of the country.
