RESUMO:

This work aims to propose and validate a multicriteria decision support framework based on the ideal reference concept and fuzzy logic for group decision making. A bibliographical survey was conducted throughout the course of the research, until the present moment, being consulted publications of national and international scope, addressing the necessary theories for the understanding of the field in which the research is being developed. For this purpose, repositories of federal universities were used as databases for access to theses and dissertations, books, SCOPUS databases and CAPES journals. Based on what was found and discussed in the bibliographic survey, the next step in the work consists in elaborating an extension of the RIM and FRIM methods for group decision making. After you implement the template, the next step is to validate the template and evaluate the results. As a result, we hope to be able to successfully implement and validate the proposed model, so that it can offer interested parties guidance on future applications and / or improvements.
