RESUMO:

With the advancement of new technologies in work in the last decades, there has been a change in reasons for sick leave, according to WHO (World Health Organization), there is an expectation of withdrawal due to depression and skeletal muscle as the main reasons for by 2020, since with the implementation of new systems, machines and software, there was a change in the ergonomic risks of the activities.

This dissertation concerns a research aiming to develop, apply and validate an interactive ergonomic software to identify and manage ergonomic risks, aiming at identifying ergonomic demands, implementing an Ergonomics committee, establishing a continuous Ergonomics program for ensure greater comfort, safety, health and efficient performance. In this way, a multifunctional team was defined with the purpose of managing the ergonomic risks from the developed software, enabling the interactivity between the server, the COERGO (Ergonomics Committee) team and the health team of the agency.

The software will allow a monitoring of the work activity from the capture of images by a camera located on the monitor of the work station in order to capture the postures adopted during the journey, generating an individualized ergonomic index, in which it contemplates for formatting the index: the postures adopted, adherence to fatigue recovery pauses, adherence to work gymnastics and quality of life campaigns performed, number of mouse and keyboard clicks, among others. As well, it will allow the server to open called directly with the sectors responsible for the demand, such as: ambient noise, effective temperature, poor ambient lighting, accessibility. Epidemiological management of servers can be monitored via software with restricted access to the unit's medical doctor, through direct communication with the server, enable the physician to receive specific data, perform statistics, provide e-book with information with health tips , appointment of medical consultation and the making of periodicals, return to work and delivery of certificates.
