RESUMO:

Public health in Brazil is a right of all citizens who are in Brazil. The Unified Health System - UHS is a universal right guaranteed by the Brazilian constitution, which aims to socialize health and support the service user. The National Humanization Policy - NHP was created to improve the relationships between professionals and users, professionals among themselves and improve the image of hospitals in the community. The NHP has a number of guidelines that are pertaining to public health. However, in this work, the question of reception will be addressed, since this is a proposal that takes into account the ways of welcoming and including the user in the network, implying the humanized citizen relationship and seeks the optimization of services, the end and hierarchy of risks. The objective of this research is to deploy and implement the Acolhe-SUS Project in a public hospital in Rio Grande do Norte. This study is characterized as a research of an applied nature, quantitative and qualitative, exploratory, case-study approach. It aims to formalize and reorganize the flows of the relationships between users and health professionals within the care network, using the host as a management practice. As expected results, Acolhe-SUS will modify the methodology of the processes within the hospital, making it more efficient. As well, it aims to improve: The decongestion of health networks; The improvement in the attendance and consistency of the information and; Improve management in the systematization of the reference and against reference.
