A Framework Proposition to apply Lean Six Sigma in Services with Resident Manpower in Goverment Area

This dissertation provides such a joint application of Lean Thinking and Six Sigma: Lean Six Sigma. Many services have high prices because they are unneficient, consume many resources, and often, require rework to be delivered with the required quality. The research proposes a Lean Six Sigma framework to apply in with outsourced workforce residing in Goverment Services. For this, we seek to identify as the most suitable tools at each DMAIC cycle stage for the type of service in focus. This is an action and exploratory research with quantitative and qualitative attributes, based on an exploratory application inside Federal Justice in Rio Grande do Norte.Management Center. For this purpose, a topped-up script was made, informal interviews were done, and intends to integrate qualified belt system supporters to achieve its objectives. As future results, this dissertation aims to revel more usefull Lean Six Sigma application in the Goverment Service, as well as the methodology benefficits for Federal Justice in Rio Grande do Norte Management Center.
