RESUMO:

One of the challenges that presents a Ideas Office to adopt the crowdsourcing as a model in an organization's innovation process is assertiveness in the selection of the ideas to be developed, especially when applied to a high volume of contributions. In order to propose a system for evaluating ideas generated from a crowdsourcing approach, this dissertation, through a case study in the Ideas Office of Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, will design an evaluation model to be applied the energy efficiency theme on campus. Based on a systematic literature review, develop it shall be a conceptual model of a system of evaluation of ideas, validating it through a focus group session at the Second Workshop Creation. As a result of the dissertation is expected to meet the criteria, techniques and factors necessary to form an efficient system of evaluation of ideas when applied from a crowdsourcing approach.
