SUMMARY:

Vaccines were developed as a public health measure to prevent disease and save lives. The National Immunization Program (PNI) is responsible for the guidelines and conduction of the vaccination policy throughout the country, where the Reference Centers for Special Immunobiologicals (CRIE) constitute a network with its own infrastructure and logistics in order to facilitate access from population groups, with specific immunization needs, to a wide range of vaccines, serums and immunoglobulins that are not offered in Basic Health Units. However, there is still a lack of knowledge about the existence of CRIE and their purposes by a large part of the population and health professionals. In this context, the study aims at the construction and validation of digital content for the CRIE website in Rio Grande do Norte (RN). This is a research for the development of a technological product with a quantitative approach, aiming at the construction and validation of digital content for CRIE/RN, having as a methodological framework Pasquali's psychometry, in theoretical, empirical and analytical contexts. The construction of the content and the new flow of sending requests for special immunobiologicals by the health regions will occur collectively with the CRIE/RN multiprofessional team, based on the latest CRIE manual and the technical standards in force by the PNI. As for the content validation, an online form will be created aimed at CRIE representatives, listed by the PNI and experts in the area of immunization in Brazil. The Delphi technique will be used to compile the data obtained. The Project will be submitted to the Permanent Education Center of Hospital Giselda Trigueiro (NEP/HGT) to obtain a Letter of Consent from the institution and sent for analysis by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (CEP/UFRN). It is hoped that the research can present the construction and validation of digital content for the CRIE/RN website, making the activities developed in the institution more visible, facilitating access to reliable and official information, and improving the flow of sending requests from special vaccines by the health regions.
