SUMMARY:

Introduction: Human resource management is a big challenge to achieve goals desidered by the EBSERH, in a manner that the implementation rules of  human resource management from the development of mechanisms for the making decision on the right moment is a essential element to greater insertion and integration of employees, for lifelong learning and for training of professionals, besides the improvement of manegement process. Dashboard is a tool that makes possible a quick view of data in integrated manner,  considering criteria for transparency, providing systematization and improvement of  provided information. Realize such as essential factor the elaboration and the provision of Manual Dashboard’s DGP to use this tool,  due to help the actors to extracting relevant information for more efficient making decision. Goal: Develop a manual for the use the tool of Dashboard on management human resource on EBSERH Network.  Methodology: This study was developed through the following steps: Diagnostic Survey (data analysis, layout definition and creating pages); Integrative Literature Review about Dashboards developed like a tool of management to subsidise the making decision’s improvement; and Development of the Manual, with a  preliminary phase (Dashboard’s development,  importance of Manual’s establishment and delection of Network’s manuals) and a enforceable phase (definition of goals and content, description of abbreviations, creation of picture’s list,  elaboration of the text and organizing figures and data). Results and Discussion: This study brings   major contributions for health public policies in Brazil , because shows action areas of  Human Resource Management Director, inovating on promotion of policies  targeted to professionals of EBSERH Network in front of transparent criteria and systematic information. It is expected that the Manual allows a clearly and objectively operationalization of Dashboard’s information to actors that use these, improving manager workflow and making decision of public policies that wil be implanted on EBSERH Network.
