RESUMO:

Introduction: Based on care, the nursing team seeks in various aspects to understand the different types of patients, if still external when they come across and consider the liver transplant candidate. Liver transplantation is one of the most complex procedures of modern surgery, so monitoring in all operative periods becomes indispensable. Thus, the aim of this study is to specify the nursing care applied to patients who are candidates for liver transplantation and to develop a course on the AVASUS platform as a final product, to contribute and guide the nursing team in their training. Objectives: To identify the nursing care processes applied to a liver transplant candidate and to develop a course on the AVASUS platform that addresses them. Review scientific articles as a guiding process of work; identify in reference services the most prevalent difficulties, so that they are objectively addressed in the distance learning course to be prepared and make available the Pedagogical Project of the course. Methodology: This is an action research. The study site will be the AVASUS platform, the course preparation began in August 2018 and will extend until November 2019, where the pedagogical project will be delivered as the product of this study. The nursing team that provides patient care should participate in the research. It will be available on AVASUS. This study was submitted for approval and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Hospital de Clinicas do Paraná with opinion number 3.406.501. Expected Outcomes: The use of all media, including the technological innovation provided by distance education to promote the empowerment of professionals, so that they engage in the search for updates, becomes an environment in which managers can improve care and promote knowledge.
