SUMMARY:

The context in which the research takes place is the Early Childhood Education in the city of Parnamirim/RN. This is justified by considering children in early childhood education as contemporary people who need to be inserted in this digital world, and by understanding that the educational context of children from 0 to 5 years old is favorable to start a comprehensive education that also ensures the use of digital technologies, from the understanding of being a public, free and universal right to be ensured. The core of the research is in teacher training, understanding that it is from the transformation of the practices of the subjects responsible for making the teaching and learning process meaningful, that innovation happens (ARROYO, 2010). Based on this statement, this research aims to analyze the contributions of the Reference Curriculum in Technology and Computing for the innovation of teaching practices in early childhood education, from the inclusion of essential learning in relation to digital technologies. Reflections will be made on teacher training, curriculum, and curriculum in Early Childhood Education according to (GATTI; SAVIANI; PERRENOUD; RAMALHO AND NUÑES; OLIVEIRa; MACEDO; MOREIRA AND CANDAU; FOCHI). To discuss teaching practice and the use of technologies, it will draw on (CUNHA; ALMEIDA E VALENTE; TARDIF). The proposed study is of applied nature, based on the principles of qualitative research, with the use of the phases of action research proposed by Thiollent (1986), as a form of understanding and intervention in the chosen context. Through the application of questionnaires, field diary and collective and individual interviews, we will seek to draw up the profile of the participants, better understand the context in which they are inserted, identify the perception by the subjects (teachers) of the importance of using digital technologies in early childhood education and verify the main challenges faced by them for the innovation of their practices through the use of digital technologies, in order to provide moments of construction of new knowledge, in a process of continuous training. The final product will be a continuing education plan that will be available for the Parnamirim/RN teaching network and an e-book with didactic sequences with the use of digital technologies and unplugged activities for Early Childhood Education. As a result, we hope to contribute for teachers to insert, more and more, in their practices, the use of digital technologies in Early Childhood Education.
