The demands of the contemporary world inevitably impel us to use different technologies in the school environment. From this perspective, by inserting ICT in our teaching practice, we can not only enhance teaching-learning, but also make learners more motivated and interested in the classes. Reflecting on the teaching of the Spanish Language, we observe that it is still very much based on grammatical aspects, notably through the use of textbooks and dictionaries, that is, centered on the traditional methodology of grammar and translation, without emphasizing the development of learner autonomy. Based on this reality, we felt the need to innovate our teaching practice in the EJA High School in the public school system of Natal, in order to stimulate the students' interest, given the numerous difficulties they face in their daily lives. In this process, we decided to investigate how EJA students perceive the use of technology in Spanish classes, as well as if the collaborative production of videos, by EJA students, could promote motivation and have an impact on the learning of the Spanish language. These questions led us to reflect on student learning and served as motivation for the construction of this research. This is qualitative research, configured as action research, because there is the collaborative involvement of the research participants, which are the students and myself as teacher and researcher, in order to change a situation. The general objective of this work is to develop a collective and collaborative activity between teacher and students that aims at motivating them to dare in Spanish. As specific objectives, we aimed at i) investigating the students' perception about the use of technologies and, specifically, of the video to make Spanish classes more dynamic; ii) proposing, under the mediation of a didactic sequence, the production of a video as a tool to develop language learning; and iii) evaluating, in order to validate, if the product made by the students has had an impact on the increase of motivation and interest in learning. As instruments of data collection we will apply the initial questionnaire to the students of the 1st grade of EJA, in the diagnostic stage; didactic sequence in the intervention stage, and a conversation circle and a final questionnaire in the stage of evaluation and reflection on the proposed video production activity. We hope that the Didactic Sequence, generated by this research, can contribute to the dynamization of the classes, providing the EJA students with increased motivation, interest in learning the Spanish Language and a greater engagement in the proposed activities.
