SUMMARY:

The use of digital technologies is increasingly widespread in society. The popularization of the use of computers, smartphones and tablets, with the ease of access to the internet, have contributed to the access of information by a large part of the population. Additionally, students adapt to these new technologies and the digital world more suitable than teachers. In this sense, the active methodologies fit in with the advances in these technologies. This is particularly important in disciplines that, historically, carry the stigma of hard, such as Mathematics. Learning Objects (LO) are configured as alternatives to assist teachers by offering other representations about the studied subject that can be further objective, dynamic, interactive. Several studies prove the shortage of LO to support in the teaching of Processing of Information, since research shows that access to digital resources by students is made more by the use of smarthphones, therefore, the combination of a specialized pedagogical analysis including a group of developers and designers can develop valuable resources to assist in the teaching and learning procedure. This work intends to develop a Learning Object raising technical and pedagogical characteristics, increasing the characteristics of the investigative cycle to OA. The research will be exploratory qualitative, seeking to analyze the existing patterns in the development of learning objects using the epistemological paradigm of Design Science Research (DSR) to elaborate for its didactic-pedagogical profile, specifying the use for teaching statistics, with emphasis on practice of the Investigative Cycle. After Developing an OA, your objectives will continue with the researched characteristics, and object validation with a group of specialists.
