Permeated by Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT), today's society demands practical and effective solutions, especially with regard to the use of innovative methodologies in the field of education. It is assumed that there is a distance between the DICT and the teacher's education since the COVID 19 pandemic has demystified the reality of unpreparedness of education professionals with regard to its use in teaching practices. The situation exposed, urged us to analyze the impact of online training in the perspective of digital literacy, offered by the Municipal Department of Education (MDE) of Natal/RN to its pedagogical advisors and directors of schools and Municipal Center for Early Childhood Education - MCECE. For this, it is necessary: To verify how the tools presented in the online training collaborated with the teaching practice of the advisors and managers; Evaluate, with the teachers who participated in the training, the possibilities of implementing digital tools in their daily lives; Produce teaching resources that can contribute to teaching actions through digital technology. The theoretical framework of the study is based on "Teacher Training and Digital Literacy", with Nóvoa (2019), Freire (2003) Buzato (2006) and Moreira (2018) as reference authors for the areas under study. This is a qualitative research with nuances of an action research, based on empirical, characterized as interventionist. Data were collected through electronic questionnaires, chat records and videos recorded during the training. In analyzing and monitoring the data, it was evident the importance of training with this theme, as a strategy to resolve the distancing of the teaching actions from the reality in which we live, given the emergence of the context, given the formative demands of the SME sectors, as well as the school units and MCECE.
