SUMMARY:

This work aims to present to instructors from Tactical and Specialized Instruction Group - GITE with a didactic sequence focused on active learning methodologies (Bacich and Moran, 2018). To achieve the proposed objectives, training was carried out with the faculty from Air Squadron Officers Preparation Course - CPROE, pedagogical interventions in the preparation of lesson plans and monitoring of instructions using Active Methodologies. For this, we propose to analyze the results of these classes through content analysis (Bardin, 2011) of critical questionnaires, in order to build a new didactic model. Regarding the methodological aspects, this research has a qualitative approach because it allows understanding the facts together with the values attributed by the subjects involved. As for the object of study, it is considered an empirical research, considering that all research works will take place onsite. Regarding the method, it is characterized as inductive, which is a method that starts from a specific case of a certain phenomenon to try to arrive at a general rule. With regard to depth, it is classified as interventionist research. The main objective is to contribute in a pedagogical way in the mission of providing students with learning experiences that enable them to develop the operational and administrative activities inherent to functions of aviator officer from Brazilian Air Force.
