SUMMARY:

Considering evaluation as a tool for the pedagogical didactic process, this research aims to
propose new evaluation tools for Evaluation Plan (PAVL) of Course for Preparation of
Squadron Officers (CPROE). For that, will resort to a qualitative approach research that
implies studies related to theme, observations, interviews, data analysis. Regarding the
method, it will be an inductive method search. As for relationship between research and the
study object, research will be empirical in the field, Action Research type, through an
Interventional Research. Will use questionnaires, content analysis and documentary
research as instruments and techniques for research. Finally, regarding the time elapsed, the
research will take place through a cross-sectional research. The analysis will be carried out
at Group of Tactical and Specialized Instruction, Operational School of Command of
Preparation, with instructors and students group of CPROE. As a result of the
investigation, will expected to propose a new Assessment Plan and prepare an assessment
manual that includes assessment instruments that are in harmony with the learning
methodologies. Some phases of research such as RSL, theoretical support, listing of
possible assessment tools and application of some, have already been carried out.
